Most steel and fibreglass front, side, back and mudroom doors take a standard glass size, and we make the unit with blinds to fit. Send us a photo of your door and we will confirm the fit and give you a free quote within 24 hours.
How long does it take to install door window blinds?
Once your unit is ready, the install is done in one visit. We remove your old glass, fit and seal the new unit with blinds, and take the old glass away for free.
How much do door window blinds cost?
It depends on the size of your door glass and the colour you choose. Send us a photo for an exact price, with no surprises. You pay nothing until it is installed.
What is the best blind for a door with a window?
Blinds sealed inside the glass. Hanging or stick-on blinds for a door with a window get dusty, swing and bang when the door moves, and have cords. A blinds in glass door insert stays clean, never moves with the door and has no cords.
What are blinds between glass, and how do they work?
They are enclosed mini blinds sealed inside a double-glazed glass unit in your door. A small slider on the door tilts them open for light or closed for full privacy, so you never touch the blinds and they never need dusting.
What colours do the blinds come in?
The blinds come in 6 colours: white, black, slate grey, royal gold, silver mist and dark coffee. Sidelites come in white.
Can I get blinds between glass in my sidelites?
Yes. Sidelite units come in white, in a 7 x 64 inch size. The glass in the door itself can have any of the 6 colours.
Can I get blinds in a glass door insert?
Yes. The blinds are sealed between the panes of a new glass door insert, and we fit the whole insert into your door. You get built-in blinds without replacing the door.
